から"tidy up"を取り上げます！
今回は意訳で「閉じて」と訳しましたが、
"tidy up"は「整理整頓をする、散らかってる物を片付ける」の意味で使われる動詞です。
汚れをきれいにするのは"clean (up)"のほうが適切な場合が多いので机の上ぐちゃぐちゃ～とか子供がおもちゃ散らかした～とかそういった場合は"tidy up"を思い出して使ってみてください！
例文 e.g.
I've been telling my kids to tidy their room up, but I always end up doing by myself.
